Analyst, commentator, columnist, author, speaker, Liza Frulla participates in all the debates which liven up our society.
She sat on numerous boards of directors, including that of the Institute of Tourism and Hotel Business of Quebec, the Council of the Arts of Montreal, the Center of Arts of Orford, the International Mosaicultures of Montreal, the 2017 Design World Summit and the Canadian Cancer Society.
Today, she is at the head of the Institute of Tourism and Hotel Business of Quebec (ITHQ).
Michel Langlois

Dr Langlois has more than 45 years of experience in executive management, reseach teaching and consulting. After reaching sales growth of up to 100% as CEO and Chief Marrketing Officer in the world of air transportation and cosmetics he pursued his carreer as an academic successively as visiting professor, associate professor and full professor. He is currently chairman of the marketing department at the scholl of business or the University of Quebec in Montreal whre he is curently member of the executive comitee of the school.
Professor Langlois is president of the Services Management Institute a para academic organization specialized in guest experience management and client leaderhip.
Dr Langlois was for ten years Board member of the Montreal Airport Authority were he acted as Chaiman of the governance and strategic development comitee.
He is a graduate of HEC Montr├®al, Sherbrooke University (MBA) and lÔÇÖUniversit├® de Droit, dÔÇÖ├ëconomie et de Sciences dÔÇÖAix en Provence (Doctorate in services management).

Thomas YUNG

Thomas Yung is a pure hotel product. After a catering school, he began his career as a consultant in an hotel software publisher. A few years later he bought an hotel in Touraine, France and managed it with his wife, Agnès. Since 2010, he coaches hotel keepers in the digital stakes with his consulting firm Artiref.
Last year, in addition to managing Artiref, he launched "My Hotel Reputation", an e-reputation management firm.
Passionate about tourism, hospitality and digital technology, he is also co-president of the "Tourism Innovation Lab" of the "Pays de la Loire" region. Finally, he teaches as an Associate Lecturer at the University of Angers, ESTHUA.

Vincent LECORNE

Vincent Lecorne has been working in the entrepreneurial sphere for almost 20 years. He was appointed President and CEO of the Qu├®bec Transfer Center by the Ministry of Economy, Innovation and Exports (MESI) in March 2015.
He has helped set up a team of expert advisors in the area of takeover and has developed the INDEX, a digital platform, promoting interregional networking between buyers and sellers.
He is also President of the Quebec Association of Economic Development Professionals (APDEQ).
In 2017, Vincent Lecorne initiated the first edition of the International Takeover Summit featuring the exchange of researchers, buyers, owners and experts in the ecosystem.

Peter TARLOW

Peter Tarlow earned his Ph.D. in sociology from Texas A&M University. He also holds degrees in history, in Spanish and Hebrew literatures, and in psychotherapy.
Since 1990, he has been teaching courses on tourism, crime & terrorism to police forces and security and tourism professionals throughout the world. He helped to prepare security and FBI agents for the Salt Lake City 2002 Winter Olympic Games, 2010 Vancouver Olympic Games, Rio de Janeiro for the 2014 World Cup Games and 2016 Olympic games.
Peter Tarlow has worked extensively for U.S. government agencies: U.S. National Park Service (the Statue of Liberty, the Empire State Building...), the Department of the Interior, the Department of Justice, the Department of Homeland Security, and the F.B.I. He has also worked The Royal Canadian Mounted Police and the United Nation's WTO (World Tourism Organization). He has taught members of the U.S. Supreme Court police, and the Smithsonian MuseumÔÇÖs police and police forces in Aruba, Bolivia, Brazil, Cura├ºao, Colombia, Mexico and Trinidad & Tobago. In 2013, the U.S. State Department asked him to lecture around the world on issues of tourism security and safety.
