This workshop is organized by Scuola Centrale Formazione, which is the “Hotel and Restaurant schools” Delegate for AMFORHT, in cooperation with Casa Artusi and with the Strategic partnership of the KA2 Erasmus+ project “CAVA".
  • Meet Scuola Centrale Formazione’s associated members and partners from Italy and other European Countries in a two-days of workshops, meetings, presentations, visits and networking activities dedicated to the new competences and training methodologies in the Hospitality, Catering and Wellness sectors.
  • Dates : 27th and 28th June 2017; activities beeing mainly on the 28th June. If you plan to arrive on the evening of the 27th June, you can visit the Erasmus+ project "eco-restaurateur"'s stand at the Artusian Festival and have dinner with the partners of the Erasmus+ CAVA project.

Artusian Festival : greedy, green and educational pit-shop
  • 19.00 24.00  Tasting of short food supply chain products based on milk, seasonal fruit and vegetable. 
The stand is managed by a group of young students from the Educational and Vocational Training Courses involved in the European project Erasmus+ CAVA on the agro-food microprocessing supporting the small local producers. The products proposed for the tasting are the result of the students’ commitment and enthusiasm during the theoretical and practical workshops by the Cooking School, regarding the dairy and fruit and vegetable chains. All proceeds will be donated to CEFA ONG. www.cefaonlus.it
