AMFORHT - PRIVATE POLICY


Dear Member,

In accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) from May 2018, we would like to advise you on our future news you'll receive from AMFORHT.
Also, we wish to explain your data protection rights because some of your personal data can be collected.  As a membership organisation AMFORHT needs to keep and process information about you for normal membership operation purposes.

Personal data is all data which belongs to you personally, for example your name, home address, email address etc.

 

AMFORHT actions

  • In accordance with Art. 6 Para 1 of the GDPR, we have a legitimate interest in keeping the personal data you submitted to us readily available for current and future service.
  • The information we hold and process are only used for your membership purposes.
  • Our legitimate interests are to send you fresh news about your AMFORHT membership benefits, such as information and about our main events (forums, regional conferences, meetings...), opportunities with members, regular newsletters, questionnaires, or for administrative matters like invoices...

Your rights

  • You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time and can substantiate your objection based on Article 6 Para 1 of the GDPR.
  • You can make an informal objection by email to <president@amforht.com> or by calling +33 7 61 05 74 65
  • Should you make any objection, your personal data will no longer be processed, except in the event that we can demonstrate compelling, legitimate grounds for such processing, which outweigh your interests, rights, and liberties, or if such processing serves to assert, exercise or defend against legal claims.
  • The data subject him/herself has the right to access his/her data pursuant to Art. 15 of the GDPR, the right to rectification pursuant Art. 16 of the GDPR, the right to erasure pursuant to Art. 17 of the GDPR, the right to restriction of processing pursuant to Art. 18 of the GDPR, and the right to data portability pursuant to Article 20 of the GDPR.

If you wish to continue to be informed, you do not need to do anything.

We will of course only use your details for sending you AMFORHT information and will not pass on your details to third parties, except if we have to do it legally, or if we need to comply with our contractual obligations to you.
